These drop biscuits are super quick and easy to whip up. There slightly crunchy on the outside, super soft and fluffy inside. A great side to any soup.

Drop Biscuits
Drop biscuits are some of the easiest biscuits to make. The ingredients are so simple its quick and requires very little forethought or planning. You will need:
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Cold butter
- Milk
- Optional chopped jalapenos
- Optional shredded cheddar
The butter in this recipe gets cut in just like a pie crust. To save time you can use a blender and pulse it until it resembles medium size crumbs.

Tips and Tricks
The jalapenos and cheddar in these biscuits are optional. However, they are super delicious with or without the cheese or jalapenos! I often make a variety out of one dough. Its very important to mix the milk in using a fork. Using a spoon causes it to get over mixed and they do not turn out the same. Don’t worry about mixing in all the flour, and do not press on the dough. Simply mix it around with the fork until it forms a shaggy, sticky dough.
