This Strawberry Summer Pink Drink recipe was inspired by the Starbucks Pink Drink. After scouring the internet in search of a recipe, and not finding anything quite right I decided to make my own. After some trial and error this recipe was born. It’s such a refreshing, delicious summer treat. Enjoy the strawberry, coconutty goodness all summer long!

What’s inside the Strawberry Summer Pink Drink
This Strawberry Summer Pink Drink has a lot going for it. To start the Tazo Iced Passion Tea is a star player in the flavors of this drink. I tried substituting it a few times, but it cannot be replaced. Then the Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry is where its getting its delicious strawberry notes; and to add a creamy touch there’s coconut milk. Just enough to give it a delicious smooth taste, but not so much that it tastes super coconutty!
This recipe may seem a little odd in its ratios, but trust it and try it at least once! I have found that even slight changes seems to change the flavor quite a bit. This is the closest I could get to the real deal. Once you have tried it according to the recipe then adjust according to your personal preferences. More coconut milk for that coconutty goodness, more or less Tazo Tea, the options are endless!
Where to find the ingredients
- Tazo Iced Passion Tea: This I had the hardest time finding, I have purchased it at Target or some Safeways leave a comment if you have found it anywhere else.
- White Cran-Strawberry : This can be found at most grocery stores.
- Coconut milk: This can also be found at most grocery stores.

When preparing the pink drink blending is optional. However, if choosing not to blend the coconut milk tends to look a little curdled; even though it still tastes fine it looks less appealing. Also, if you choose not to blend it you will miss out on the creamy foam on top. Frozen strawberries are optional but just make it look so nice and summery!
